using target database control file instead of recovery catalog

old RMAN configuration parameters:

CONFIGURE SNAPSHOT CONTROLFILE NAME TO '/u02/backup/PROD/RMAN/level0/cntrl_snap_PROD.ctl';


new RMAN configuration parameters:
